Oswego Police Announce Arrests In Wednesday’s Raids

OSWEGO – The following is an update to the August 15 article regarding search warrants executed in the City of Oswego:

As a result of the search warrants that were executed on August 15, Oswego Police
seized evidence and/or contraband from each of the five locations.

Suspected synthetic drugs were discovered in three of the five of the locations.

The seized material will be sent to a crime lab for testing prior to any potential related charges being filed.

The specific locations in which the suspected material was seized are not being released at this time pending the results of the lab tests.

Additionally, the following people were arrested on August 15 and each charged

Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia – Second Degree (Class A-Misdemeanor) for
allegedly selling various material(s) commonly used in the sale and/or distribution of illegal drugs with the knowledge of the intent to use the same for such activity.

Smoker’s Choice (West): 40-year-old Kimberly R. Reed of Oswego (1 count)

Heagerty’s Hot Spot: 22-year-old Francis J.Heagerty Jr. of Oswego, (3 counts)

As the investigation continues, Oswego Police anticipate further arrests and charges.

    BAM!!! Tine to get these drugs off the street…i have a 26 year old son that knows where there are hundreds f thousands of $’s worht of bathsalts

    The first sentence of the story refers to an August 15th article. This is the Web. Shouldn’t you have a hyperlink to the article. C’mon, it’s Web 101.
