The Oswego City School District Board of Education will conduct its final November regular meeting on November 13 at the Education Center Board Room.
The meeting will be called to order at 5 p.m., but the board is expected to enter executive session for the purpose of legal discussion in regards to litigation, teacher tenure and a discussion relating to a specific employee.
At approximately 6 p.m. the board will reconvene the public meeting.
During the regular meeting the board will address adopting amended or new policies and appointments of Dignity Act coordinators.
Under the personnel area of the agenda the board is expected to accept the retirement of veteran teacher Patricia Runeari, accept various appointments, resignations and leaves of absence.
The board is also going to act upon financial resolutions regarding transfer of funds, an agreement with Big Picture Learning and accept numerous donations from businesses to aid various schools.
At the end of the meeting the board is expected to enter executive session to continue the superintendent’s evaluation.
