Oswego School Budget, Bus and Capital Project On Air and Online

OSWEGO, NY – Tuesday, May 15, is the annual vote in the Oswego City School District from noon – 9 p.m.

This year the ballot includes the $76.6 million budget, a proposition to allow for the purchase of 10 buses and a  $15 million  referendum for a capital project for roofing, flooring, heating ventilation and air conditioning in several schools as well as Oswego Middle School tennis court reconstruction  and athletic field updating.

Superintendent of Schools Bill Crist and District Clerk Bill Foley, in conjunction with Oswego High School teacher Steve Cass and WBUC, produced three programs focusing on the budget, buses and proposition.

The program will be aired on Time Warner Channel 16 on Thursday and Friday from 6-8 p.m; May 5-6 from 2-5 p.m.; May 7,9,10,11 from 6-8 p.m. and May 12-13 from 2-5 p.m.
