Oswego Woman Charged In Connection With Burglary

OSWEGO, NY – On Wednesday, Oswego City Police arrested 20-year-old Katelyn R. Beshures of 146 E. Sixth St., Oswego, for her alleged role in a January 15 burglary of an east-side residence.

As a result of a continued investigation, Beshures was identified as having allegedly unlawfully entered an East Utica Street residence at about midnight on January 15, and, while remaining unlawfully inside, did allegedly steal household items valued at approximately $600.

Beshures was charged with one count of second-degree burglary (class C felony) and one count of petit larceny (class A misdemeanor).

She was later arraigned in Oswego City Court and released on $2,500 bail.

She is to return to court on May 24.
