The New Year’s Day holiday has long been a time for reflection on the personal changes we want to make as we look forward to a happy and healthy new year. While health-related goals are popular New Year’s resolutions for many, they can be difficult to begin.
Dr. Dennis Norfleet, director of public health for the Oswego Health Department offers the following tips to start leading a healthy lifestyle.
