Aaliyah Nicole Lischak was born in Oswego Hospital on Dec. 27, 2012.
She weighed 9 pounds, 6 ounces and was 21.25 inches long.
She is the daughter of Kathleen Taplin and Matthew Lischak, of Fulton.
