Abel Alex Ritter was born in Oswego Hospital on Sept. 11, 2015, at 4:55 p.m.
He weighed 8 pounds, 11 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.
He is the son of Jaemine Noel and Carl F. Ritter II, of Fulton.
