Addison Reynolds was born in Oswego Hospital on Nov. 10, 2016, at 5:15 a.m.
She weighed 6 pounds, 2 ounces and was 20 inches long.
She is the daughter of Roberto Reynolds and Shiela Oakes, of Red Creek.
