Alexis Serenity Falise was born in Oswego Hospital on Nov. 20, 2015, at 12:50 a.m.
She weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces and was 21 inches long.
She is the daughter of Kathleen Tobin and Richard P. Falise II, of Oswego.
