Allison Nicole Wise was born in Oswego Hospital on Nov. 16, 2016, at 8:12 a.m.
She weighed 6 pounds, 3 ounces and was 19.25 inches long.
She is the daughter of Tracy L. Gayne and Robert A. Wise, of Oswego.
