Annalee Jade Clark was born in Oswego Hospital on Sept. 30, 2015, at 12:46 a.m.
She weighed 10 pounds, 3 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.
She is the daughter of Nathan and Sonya Clark, of Oswego.
