Asha Rain Rose was born in Oswego Hospital on Oct. 26, 2016, at 6:01 p.m.
She weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and was 20 inches long.
She is the daughter of Sara-Bai Montavio-Rose and Andre Rose, of Fulton.
