Autumn Grace Bonoffski was born in Oswego Hospital on Sept. 14, 2015, at 8:34 a.m.
She weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.
She is the daughter of Amy and William Bonoffski Jr., of Oswego.
