Benson Donald Pfrang was born in Oswego Hospital on Feb. 16, 2016, at 4:31 p.m.
He weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces and was 21 inches long.
He is the son of Tracy Champagne and Donald Pfrang, of Oswego.
