Brooke Lynn Cacciatori was born in Oswego Hospital on Nov. 29, 2011.
She weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces and was 20 inches long.
She is the daughter of Brandi Leighton and James Cacciatori Jr., of Mannsville.
