Brooklyn Rachel Bifera was born in Oswego Hospital on Aug. 9, 2016, at 12:11 p.m.
She weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.
She is the daughter of Tara and John Bifera, of Oswego.
