Camden Mattingly Meyer was born in Oswego Hospital on Nov. 16, 2015, at 8:15 p.m.
He weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces and was 20.25 inches long.
He is the son of Joseph and Shelby Meyer, of Hannibal.
