Cayleigh Rose Barnum was born in Oswego Hospital on Sept. 5, 2016, at 11:24 a.m.
She weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces and was 20 inches long.
She is the daughter of Courtney Fitzgerald and Matthew Barnum Jr., of Liverpool.
