Celina June Crandan was born in Oswego Hospital on October 3, 2017 at 8:51 a.m.
She weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.
She is the daughter of Alyssa Crandan and Ian Pauglass, of Fulton.
