Charliana-Christine Ann Ruggio was born in Oswego Hospital on May 11, 2011.
She weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.
She is the daughter of Laura Ann and William Vincent Ruggio Jr., of Oswego.
