Charlotte Deniece Godfrey was born in Oswego Hospital on December 15, 2017, at 8:25 a.m.
She weighed 9 pounds, 6 ounces and was 21 inches long.
She is the daughter of Richard and Stephanie Godfrey, of Hannibal.
