Charlotte Maddison Costa Britton was born in Oswego Hospital on Oct. 1, 2011.
She weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.
She is the daughter of Stephanie Dodge and Joseph Britton, of Sterling.
