Chloe May Elizabeth Hoffman was born in Oswego Hospital on Sept. 18, 2015, at 4:01 p.m.
She weighed 8 pounds, 5 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.
She is the daughter of Clarissa Brooker and Samuel Hoffman, of Fulton.
