Conner Howard was born in Oswego Hospital on Aug. 15, 2015, at 10:49 p.m.
He weighed 11 pounds, 8 ounces and was 21.5 inches long.
He is the son of Jessica Jorgenson Howard and Ryan Howard, of Scriba.
