Cruz Michael Ketchum was born in Oswego Hospital on Nov. 3, 2011.
He weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce and was 20.5 inches long.
He is the son of Tessa M. Shufelt and Jeremy M. Ketchum, of Martville.
