Dagmara Adeline Smith was born in Crouse Hospital, Syracuse, of September 24, 2017, at 9:56 p.m.
She weighed 5 pounds, 12 ounces and was 18.5 inches long.
She is the daughter of Derrick and Kelly Smith, of Palermo, NY.
Grandparents: Thomas and Debra Smith and Michael and Gloria Bayne.
