Dalton Lynn Baldwin was born in Oswego Hospital on July 19, 2018, at 12:35 p.m.
He weighed 8 pounds, 5 ounces and was 22 inches long.
He is the son of Andrea Durgan and Andrew Baldwin, of Williamstown.
