Dashrey Owen Martell was born in Oswego Hospital on Oct. 30, 2015, at 10:02 a.m.
He weighed 7 pounds and was 20 inches long.
He is the son of Jeffrey Martell and Andrea Brodeur, of Baldwinsville.
