Ella-Anne Ramos and Jessa-Lynn Ramos were born in Oswego Hospital on Feb. 15, 2016.
Ella-Anne was born at 9:50 a.m.
She weighed 5 pounds, 14 ounces and was 18.25 inches long.
Jessa-Lynn was born at 9:51 a.m.
She weighed 6 pounds, 2 ounces and was 18.5 inches long.
They are the twin daughters of Jean and Steven Ramos, of Oswego.
