Emilia Elizabeth Lazzaro was born in Oswego Hospital on July 21, 2016, at 5:21 p.m.
She weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces and was 20 inches long.
She is the daughter of Erika and Anthony Lazzaro, of Oswego.
