Emma Mae Roze Carvey was born in Oswego Hospital on Dec. 23, 2016, at 1:12 p.m.
She weighed 4 pounds, 9 ounces and was 19.25 inches long.
She is the daughter of Holly Sherman and Bryan Carvey, of Fulton.
