Hailey Noelle Pelc was born in Oswego Hospital on Dec. 30, 2015, at 5:50 a.m.
She weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.
She is the daughter of Kevin and Sara Pelc, of Oswego.
