Harley Jane Bonnell was born in Oswego Hospital on November 20, 2017, at 6:23 p.m.
She weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces and was 20 inches long.
She is the daughter of Scott Bonnell and Rachael Kellogg, of Fulton.
