Harper Elizabeth Reed was born in Oswego Hospital on July 29, 2018, at 6:35 a.m.
She weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 21 inches long.
She is the daughter of Tiffany Baughman and Alek Reed, of Fulton.
