Harper Quinn Johnson was born in Oswego Hospital on Nov. 17, 2015, at 8:02 p.m.
She weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and was 21 inches long.
She is the daughter of Mollie Sweeney and Matt Johnson, of Oswego.
