Hayzley Ann Clemens

Hayzley Ann Clemens was born in Oswego Hospital on Oct. 15, 2012.
She weighed 8 pounds, 13 ounces and was 20 inches long.
She is the daughter of Larry and Danielle Clemens, of Oswego.
