Hazel Nicole Phallen was born in Oswego Hospital on Feb. 25, 2016, at 4:48 p.m.
She weighed 9 pounds, 8 ounces and was 20.75 inches long.
She is the daughter of Danae Eggers and Alex Phallen, of Oswego.
