Izabelle Scarlet Sue Smith was born in Oswego Hospital on Aug. 11, 2011.
She weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.
She is the daughter of Brittany A. Pace and Adam M. Smith, of Oswego.
