Jacob Ian Reid II was born in Oswego Hospital on Aug. 11, 2015, at 6:01 p.m.
He weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and was 21 inches long.
He is the son of Emilie Hall and Jacob Reid, of Oswego.
