Jacob Rossi Blackmar was born in Oswego Hospital on Aug. 6, 2016, at 12:16 p.m.
He weighed 6 pounds, 1 ounce and was 18.25 inches long.
He is the son of Jonathan Blackman and Maggie Hines, of Oswego.
