Jaylynn Elizabeth Kneer was born in Oswego Hospital on Feb. 17, 2014.
She weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces and was 20 inches long.
She joins a sister, Ann Marie.
She is the daughter of Amanda Frye and Jeffrey Kneer, of Fulton.
Her grandparents are Debbie, Erine and Barb, Jim.
