Jay’Quan Nazareth Hines

Jay’Quan Nazareth Hines was born in Oswego Hospital on Feb. 20, 2012.
He weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and was 19.75 inches long.
He is the son of Kami Miller and Jeffery Hines Jr., of Oswego.
