Joselynn Monroe Ruiz-Aponte was born in Oswego Hospital on Jan. 11, 2014.
She weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.
She is the daughter of Jennifer Baez-Arnold and Jose Ruiz-Aponte, of Fulton.
