Joseph Ryan Swatkowski Jr. was born in Oswego Hospital on Dec. 9, 2013.
He weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.
He is the son of Sarah Sixberry and Joseph Swatkowski, of Fulton.
