Karmen Faith Orta-Bean was born in Oswego Hospital on February 18, 2018 at 1:13 p.m.
She weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces and was 20 inches long.
She is the daughter of Melissa Bean and Jacob Orta, of Fulton.
