Lukas Thomas Wade Rabb was born in Oswego Hospital on Oct. 22, 2016.
He weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces and was 20.75 inches long.
He is the son of Tina Hewitt and Jonathan Rabb, of West Amboy.
