Lyligh Loomis

Lyligh Loomis was born in Oswego Hospital on Nov. 19, 2013.
She weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.
She is the daughter of Kayla Everson and Jonathan Loomis, of Fulton.
