Lyncoln O’Neill was born in Oswego Hospital on Nov. 21, 2016, at 9:51 a.m.
He weighed 5 pounds, 13 ounces and was 18.75 inches long.
He is the son of Destiny Bivens and Sean O’Neill, of Pennellville.
