Makayla Mary K. Shaffer was born in Oswego Hospital on Feb. 17, 2013.
She weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces and was 20 inches long.
She is the daughter of Stephanie Marie Bateman and Adam Judd Shaffer, of Central Square.
