Mason James Simmons was born in Oswego Hospital on Aug. 24, 2015, at 3:54 p.m.
He weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.
He is the son of Tiffany Spicer and Jason Simmons, of Fulton.
